" Hotel itself from the street is looking good. Rooms could do with an update. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Next to the sea which is quite handy as only 2min walk and swimming in the sea. Swimming poole is clean. All good. Need to chech air con as some rooms it did not work. Overall good location "

"This is a very nice place if you decide to stay few days in Negombo. The owner is a very nice host. We arrived very late at night ( 2am) and we had no problem to check in. Very good value for the money if you need a simple convenient place to stay while in Negombo."
