"The property is not new and some things are showing that - bathroom amenities, kitchen appliances, furniture, etc. overall the room's size is big and really good for a family of 4. You don't feel crowded. Property has a beautiful beautiful view on the ocean. Ocean and beach clean and always easy to find chairs. Elvis was the best taking care of us. Overall we loved it. Everyone genuinely want to help you. Everything super chill."

"This was my 7th visit to the Divi All Inclusive. Was disappointed in the breakfast meal. I had to wait in line for coffee, only 1 machine for all the guests. Come on, mostly everyone wants coffee at breakfast! There used to be pots of coffee available. Also, had to return my omelet 2x, wasn’t cooked, wrong ingredients. I know it sounds petty but we pay a lot of $ to stay here! Otherwise everything else was fantastic, the lunch, dinners, and drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations at all of the restaurants. The meals were top notch. Room was clean and staff were always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "Such a Beautiful resort! Very friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. Food was delicious & there was an abundant selection of choices. Room was very clean, spacious & well designed with an amazing view! We loved the pool design & resort location on the gorgeous beach!
