"We loved the views and the room. I especially liked the bathroom/closet set up- made it very convenient to have the closet in the bathroom. Only negative was we were located at the end of the hotel next to a public park, I believe. There was often activity and loud thumping music at night. "

"My room was ocean view but you had to look to the side. I was disappointed about that. Check-in was a problem as well. Had to wait an hour on line to check in and then our room was not ready. Had to sit in lobby until 6:30 for the room to be available. "

"Resort needs an upgrade. there is not enough amenities compared to the amount of people the resort books. everything is over crowded. "

"Room was delayed for daily cleaning, consistently had to asked for clean towels ( room cleaned but not enough bath towels left for number of guests. Bathroom does not have a door so it soak the floor when you shower. Entertainment ( actual person singing / music noise level right above the rooms Room was attached to an adjoining room and you can hear all your neighbours conversations clearly. Dont expect to sleep in as the doors / walls are not soundproof. "
