I rate a 5 because the rooms was clean, staff was helpful and condition seemed newish. The surrounding area was OK. There are shops like groceries, one or two resturants near by. You will definetly need to buy water etc from outside, pretty expensiv in the hotel.

Always great staying here due to it being close to main station and just a decent place to stay. Staff always friendly and talk English always helpfully when I come again I will be stopping here because I enjoy using the hotel

Staff were great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The towels were stained and had to be exchanged. There there was a stain on the carpet. Convenient location.

I used to always use NH but drifted to other chains but this visit reminded me how much I enjoyed staying with NH around Europe. On this occasion I had to be close to the railway station and park my car. NH City was ideal. For me the staff on check in and check out were superb ambassadors for NH. I can recommend the group and the hotels interior stylish look. If I wanted a central location and avoid the long drag through the side streets to get to my Dusseldorf then I would consider alternative locations.

Rooms were dirty and ill kept. Shampoo not refilled, dust, low on toilet paper. Breakfast was nice and satisfying. Does not live up to the other reviews and pictures for us.

I like that there was a park behind the hotel that had a ~1km flat loop around a pond, with plenty of tree shade, for my morning run! Also, there is a U-bahn (subway) stop next to the hotel. Only downside was limited dining options within a short walk.
