Me and all of you will enjoy staying here. The location is not just great for the train station, for the city centre, but also for the great Japanese and Asian restaurants and cafes around. The hotel is extremely well kept, the cafe of the ground floor is excellent, and if you need a haircut you’re in luck! The rooms are excellent. Very stylish with the Japanese wall art, they’re very comfortable and ultra clean. The breakfast is good, with super views.

Great hotel overall - including a late bar. Only downside was that my Expedia booking included breakfast but the manager at breakfast said that was a mistake on Expedia and I had to pay. So I had to argue the case and he gave me breakfast without charging, but wasn't very happy with me for it!

Loved that the barber is next to the lobby! Overall I had a wonderful experience. The morning breakfast had a nice spread with a wide variety of options. Dinner was great also. Miso soup, eel and rice dish and an Asahi to finish it off. When back in Düsseldorf, I will absolutely stay at me and all hotel again!

Terrible hotel cosplaying as a Japanese hotel

This hotel presents itself as a "Japanese" hotel, but lacks any of the aspects that makes a decent Japanese hotel, the most glaring of which is cleanliness. Your room will be absolutely filthy with practically zero care for dusting anywhere above your bed. Go ahead, take a look at the ceiling and the corners above the bed, nothing but huge dust clumps everywhere, which would never happen in a Japanese hotel. Also, there is practically zero ventilation in the room. They have AC, but only a tiny sliver above the door that is covered in dust, Hopefully the weather is decent outside because the shower is not enclosed for some odd design reason. Therefore if you shower the room will fill up with steam and quickly get humid so you'll have no option but to open the windows. Walls are paper thin so you'll likely be hearing everything your neighbor is doing. Breakfast was average but the room was very nice with a great view of the city. Wi-Fi was exceptional, that I will give credit to the hotel, averaging 175-200 Mbps.

Would choose somewhere else next time

The hotel service was average, during breakfast we had to wait over 30 minutes for the bacon and sausages to be refilled (we went it only ~30 mins after breakfast had started and there was none left). The tables were not high enough for eating and the seating was slouchy couches. Room was clean but layout wasn’t the best. Only 3 lifts were operating and it was nearly impossible to get to the floor you wanted. Overall the breakfast room was too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel and the lack of lifts made the stay uncomfortable.

Not bad, not great.

The hotel is nice and quirky, but watch out for the ‘gotcha’s’ - it was an extra €30 each per night for the ‘city tax’, OK not the hotel’s fault but none the less a big surprise bill which wasn’t advised in advance. Also another €30 in car parking, adding a total of €90 to the stay just didn’t make it worth while. The air conditioning didn’t work so it was a very uncomfortable night. Opening the window was just too noisy. also, no big deal but the TV didn’t work (lots of talk about Netflix in every room etc but the tech didn’t work). To be fair, had we been staying longer then maybe this could have been sorted.

Un hôtel de style « pour jeunes » à des prix « pour vieux » 😉 Une deco de style manga qui permet de limiter tout service. Il faut même changer les ampoules sois même ! Douche peu sécurisante pour peu que l’on soit à mobilité réduite - aucun point d’appui -. Point positif toutefois, la qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner et la relative proximité du centre historique. Bon, nous avons quand même connu mieux pour un hôtel prétendant à 4 étoiles.

Het hotel is gevestigd op loopafstand van de binnenstad van Düsseldorf. Er zijn in de buurt heel veel aziatische restaurant. Ideaal voor een weekendje weg. Het hotel heeft qua inrichting een Japanse karakter, maar is het verder weinig Japans aan. Zo missen we bijvoorbeeld de zo bekende Japanse slippers in de kamer!!! Ontbijt is OK, maar niet meer dan dat. Al met al hebben we ons goed vermaakt hier in Düsseldorf.

Positiv: Gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Schönes Restaurant in der 11. Etage mit freundlichem Personal. Gutes Frühstück (bis auf die Brötchen) mit leckeren Croissants und guter Auswahl an Käse und Wurst. Super Lage in "Little Tokyo". Negativ: Problem beim Check-In, wegen Zahlung im Hotel. Problem musste selbst mit Expedia gelöst werden. Rezeption war wenig hilfreich, die Dame kritisierte nur Expedia. Zudem wurde die Citytax nochmal berechnet. Diese musste beim Checkout wieder zurück überwiesen werden. Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer Beim Frühstück zu kleine Brötchen WiFi zu langsam auf dem Zimmer

War gut leider finktionierte der Safe nicht. Mir waren zu viele Spiegel im Badbereich. Und Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen weil wenn man das fenster geöffnet hatte es sehr laut war. Skybar ab 0 uhr keine cocktails mehr nicht mal Jack Daniels nur softdrinks/ bier und wein. Ich finde wenn man bis 1 uhr auf hat sollte man auch alles anbieten. Jack Daniels ist nicht aifwendig. Hotelfrühstück ok sehr uberfüllt und teiweise keine Gläser und teller da gewesen. Lage und personal sehr gut und freundlich. Bett sehr bequem. Für einen kurztripp nach Düsseldorf kann ich das hotel aber sehr empfehlen. Stylich auch sehr schön fahrstuhl und loby
