"The hotel is beautiful. The property is lovely and the proximity next to Gino Paradise was wonderful for some serious waterslide and wave pool fun! The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the way the staff treated the neighbourhood cats and dogs- always petting them and giving them treats and being kind. "We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time. However, there were a couple of details that disappointed us. For a hotel that promotes itself with its beautiful pool — one of the main reasons to visit — it was surprising that the room didn’t even have a drying rack to hang and dry swimsuits. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a 5-star hotel."
