"The host was unfriendly and hadn't turned heat on so was very cold. Kitchen and bathroom had no heat. Terrible shower and refrigerator was worthless owner told us a stick in the freezer. Even her son said this was a nuisance. I would stay at West Cork Hotel in Skiberean again never again at Rineen."

"My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "

"Our 7 night experience here was exceptional. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had a great shower and peace and quiet. The pub is an absolute delight with an awesome breakfast featuring great coffee, fresh fruit and cereals and Full Irish Breakfasts or variations on the theme. The pub menu offers excellent traditional dishes, a cozy snug by the fireplace and a proper vibe with outstanding service that makes you feel at home. Perfectly located downtown and within walking distance of everything you want to experience, O’Donnabhains is an excellent choice in the beautiful and charming village of Kenmare. Highly recommended."
