"The room was poorly cleaned. Dust on the furnitures and hairs in the sink. Mirrors not clean. They have a no disturb rule after 23.00 but the hade crazy load music in the outdoor bar much later. Not possible to sleep. Caljwd the reception to tell them to please think about the guests but no answer. Went down in my robe just to find the reception staff in the bar digging the music. That's why no one answered. Finally they turn the music down. I booked the Svit in the top floor and still up there...
