"The room in general is clean; the stuff is helpful. Due to our plan changes, we have made 3 bookings covers 5 nights. However, I did not know there are two Zhongshan Perth Lodge locations so the two nights were booked in Lihe Plaza and the other in MIXC. I went to MIXC location when I checked in but found it's wrong. However, the check in lady is very helpful to figure out the situation and called a taxi send us to Lihe Plaze. The young check in lady of MXIC site had been waiting us at the mall entrance. Really good customer service!"

"Staffs are okay! Not totally impressive at the room because it’s a bit dark and the furniture are older. The only good thing is we purchased the buffet breakfast. Staffs at the restaurant were courteous and hospitable. Greeted us with sincerity and thanked us when we left! There’re many options of food to choose from. "

"I booked my trip to Shenzhen- China, but this hotel was at least 1 hour drive from Shenzhen. I was pre-paid for 5 nights and could not change my hotel. commuting was so difficult, time consuming and expensive. it ruined my work, visit."
