Manresa Castle

Manresa Castle

8/10 Good
"The room was a two bed. It was very spacious and comfortable. Although a second chair to sit on would have been nice, just one at the desk. The front desk was seldom staffed. When there, the staff seemed disinterested and not social. This hotel needs some personality to match its grand structure and a more welcoming atmosphere."

Ocean Star Inn

Ocean Star Inn

8/10 Good
"The room was clean and the location was quiet. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good, Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have an elevator, which made it a challenge to get our larger luggage up the stairs. The hotel room appeared to have been updated with the exception of the toilet. The toilet was very low, the seat was wobbly and it made a loud squeaking noise when it flushed. It was definitely in need of replacement."

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. They seemed to be short-staffed so it took a while to get checked in, but the guy at the front desk (who was also housekeeping apparently) was friendly and helpful."

"The rooms were really nice and updated despite how old the hotel is. The location is great and walking distance from several restaurants and breweries. Loved our view of the beach from our balcony, we saw a lot of ocean life while sitting on our balcony. It was also fun to be able to walk down to the beach anytime we felt like."
