"The manager on property was very pleasant and this is an older property that could use some updating. The location is about a 15 to 20 minute commute to MUSC. The area is relatively quite and close to most stores. The room looked clean, but it had a smell and the bottom of my feet were black after walking on the floor without shoes. You must supply everything from cookware, dishes, eating utensils, to cleaning supplies. "

"This property is way overpriced for the condition. The hotel is old and the bathroom had dirt around the edge of everything. The walls were patched and the vanity light was hung crooked to try to cover it, repairs were done cheaply. What you would expect in an old motel but not $175 per night. The staff on the other hand, was super nice and helpful and friendly. The lady in reception and the maintenance man, were immediately helpful when our room key stopped working. Breakfast was good too and that facility was super bright and clean. Would stay here again being pet friendly and the room itself and bed were clean just old but it probably should be closer to $120 per night."

"I booked a “non smoking room” and was given a room that smelled like an ashtray. AND the blanket and bedspread both had cigarette burn holes in them. I have stayed at a number of motel 6’s but this one was by far the worst. I emailed the hotel but my email was never responded to. "
