Clean rooms and bathroom. Fantastic hosts Arnouk and Jared provided an excellent huge breakfast at customized times to suit. Wonderful location for runs along the beach and great eating places along the road at St Clair beach. Great for families of 4.

Everything was clean and tidy and we found it a very comfortable place to stay while at Dunedin. Location is great as it’s close to major shopping stores. Found the owners very friendly and had plenty of knowledge of the area and some helpful tips on places to see and areas to eat. Definitely stay at the Beach Lodge Motel again. Cheers for everything

A good place for the night. The double bed was pretty hard but we were so tired it was ok. There was space in the bathroom to put your clothes on when getting ready in the morning. A shelf in the closet could have been helpful. The room was clean and the ac/heating unit worked really well.

Yes, ,the staff were both courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, in fact our 3 bedroom unit was more like a house, although we only required 2 bedrooms.
