We stayed in room # 112. Came back from dinner about 6:30 pm to the room and it sounded like we had “a huge party” going on. I opened the curtains and realized our view was of the pool and the large playroom next to it with 50+ kids and parents screaming to one another. This lasted until 12 midnight. ...

The room was fine, staff fine but the hot tub sucked the water was cold and the jets didn't even come on if you are going to have a HOT tub please have hot water in it and make sure it WORKS

Hotel Retlaw, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
My boyfriend and I stayed in a suite and it was a lovely experience. The room was beyond our expectations. Staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
