Would 100% use again

Check in was quick, the main lift wasn’t working but fortunately there was a service lift to use. The free parking was round the back of the building with no where to stop near the door, a bit of a pain if you have lots of bags but far from the end of the world. The apartment was spacious, clean and well kitted out with everything you need for your stay apart from something to clean your dishes with. The bathroom light barely worked but this was the only very very minor fault we could find in an otherwise decent place to stay in a central location. Will definitely use again!

The staff stand out for their friendly and helpful approach. The apartments are very spacious particularly the bedrooms. Some TLC needed eg balcony wood needs refreshed and cushions updated. Excellent standards on cleanliness.

Great Location, with free parking and WiFi

Very nice apartment and much better value than a hotel room. Free parking for the day of your arrival and the day of checkout is also a bonus as most other hotels in Dundee you will have to pay extra for parking. There is a casino in the building complex aswell, which is pretty good if that's your sort of thing or you can go and just have a drink without the obligation of gambling too - if it isnt your sort of thing however there is no noise from this so you wouldn't know it was there otherwise. Theres a tesco express store at ground level, and a LIDL store across the other side of the roundabout so there is plenty of options nearby for purchasing food etc for the self catering. City centre shops about 5 - 10 min walk depending on how fast you walk or there is a bus stop outside the hotel (outside Tesco) for the super lazy!. Wifi is available for free throughout the apartments - you can pay to upgrade this to a high speed option but the free option was fine for what we used it for.

Nice big apartment. This is purely for self service, where you make your own dinner and breakfast, or eat out. The apartment are nice and clean, but it is noisy from hall and apartment above. We could hear children running and screaming from above. Although everything looks good in apartments, the build quality is not that good. Flores ware creaky and crackling when walked opun. It is a nice place to stay, and price is reasonable. Parking is scarce, and early arrival is only way to ensure a spot. Public parkin is just as close, and not too expensive.

Great place! Went to The Open and stayed here. It was so convenient -within walking distance to shopping and the train station. The service was excellent and staff friendly! Would stay there again!

Great place for NYC visit.

My two sisters bro-in-law stayed here for a quick 3 day trip to NYC. It was just perfect! Across the street from major subway connect. There was nice jogging at the east river. The owner was great as far as following up with directions on access and the accommodations had two good size bedrooms and two clean full baths. Only fecommendation is for host to insure there’s basic soap and paper towels in the apartment. We would definitely stay again !!!

It was a very pleasant stay for about one week with my family. The living room was big enough for us and working staffs were friendly and locations were great too. I know many of my colleagues stayed at Queen's hotel, which were out-dated. I strongly recommend Westport if you visit to Dundee.

Wonderful, spacious apartment with washer/dryer

We had a 3-night stay. It was half-way through a 28-day trip. It was so convenient being able to do laundry in our room while working on other activities. We also cooked dinners in the kitchen each night. There are two small convenience stores next door which sells laundry detergent, frozen dinners, milk, cereal, etc.

Weekend Away

Found the car park easily enough. Reception staff were great, offered lots of advice of where to eat etc. Rooms were large and bright, bigger than most apartments and also fully equipped for those on a longer stay. Close to the town centre and plenty of nightlife near by.
