"They do not offer a free breakfast. They have a restaurant inside their lobby. All 3 meals are available daily along with a full bar. The staff were very friendly and professional. We met the manager Mike he told us if we needed anything to let him know. He was an all hands on manager. The room was specious and quiet. Nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping emptied trash and brought fresh towels daily. I would stay here again."

"We have never been to a Best Western Plus, and we appreciated the utsch more touch to everything. Familiar amenities, plus. Rhe bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no need to "order a special pillow from the desk." The breakfast bar was meticulously kept clean and stocked and the presentation was perfect. The pancake machine which mixed, poured and exited the pancakes for you is a great idea. All in all, even though we didnt have a view of the lake itself, this property was our favourite of the three we stayed at in the Finger Lakes area. Thank you!"

"The view of Seneca lake is priceless /spectacular. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy- had everything you need. There are 3 different levels that provide views to the lake. I think I would have liked the balconies best but I chose the suite which was nice. Note this is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and I found no issues at all. There is no room service or phone in the room. It is a quiet area with food options about 6-10 minutes away in the main area of town. everything was closeby."
