"The man at the front desk was not helpful at all. I was in the middle of an emergency. Yes, when I booked the room I put a guest name on the room. I was asking him to remove the guest and so he had no access to the room due to a domestic violence incident that day and he hung up on me. I went to another hotel and was not issued a refund"
