This room was booked almost 30 days in advance with the trip insurance via hotels.com. That being said, upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation on file. The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
Everything was good except the delay with the check-in. Check in time was 4pm and room was not ready until 6pm. Very inconvenient since we had plans after 4pm.
