"Modern and clean rooms "

"Excellent relaxing stay here. The room was compact, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the window was amazing especially as the snow fell over the hills. Breakfast was cooked to order and was really tasty. Had an evening meal at the restaurant and the food was suberb. All the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be coming back. "

"I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The building is run down and shabby. The changing rooms for the so called spa are dreadful. The male change is basically a walk in toilet with lockers. The rolls in the morning were stale and staff passive aggressive as we were a few mins early. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed here. The shower seals in our room were black with mould and disgusting. It has a steam room. No sauna. The gym only had cardio equipment, no weights at all. Overall it wasn’t a great place to be and not what it’s advertised to be "
