"Overall a nice hotel. Rooms are updated, clean and have new fixtures. But, they are on the small size for a king or full double beds. The bathroom is small, with a double shower head. One complaint we had is related to the mattresses. While they’re foam based, they’re extra firm and apparently they can’t provide any toppers to ease the firmness. Room being small (standard double), the A/C is loud and even turned off, still has a constant hissing noise."

"For a four star hotel not much service. Maintenance almost inexistent (broken lavatory, broken shower door and toilet seat. If you want to have a nice cocktail or any drink at the rooftop bar or the one at first floor just go to a different place."

"This was My first time visiting Romania. As a solo traveler comfort is extremely important to me. The staff made me feel comfortable. They were very helpful and assisted me with information on getting around. The Dinner was amazing from the fish dishes to the pasta, I enjoyed it. The entertainment was family friendly and the drinks were great! I would definitely recommend and visit again!"
