"We stayed with the baseball team and the lobby was very spacious, breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. We are definitely staying there again when traveling to laredo"

"We got a suite that sleeps four people. The sofa had a few stains, the blanket from the sofa had pilling. We were only given 3 towels and should have been 4. I was told by front desk that Happy hour was 5-7pm and we had 2 complementary drinks. When we got to the bar the bartender told us complementary drinks were from 5:30-7pm. Other than that the room was clean, breakfast was good. "

From Maria and Richard at the front desk, to Horacio the shuttle driver, and to all the others whose names I have not yet learned - well done! The garden building is very special - like staying in a garden. So peaceful. There are many other places to stay in Laredo, but my family and I stayed here once, and have never looked at another hotel in the area again. There is no need. We are thankful for this place."

"Bathroom appeared dirty due to a tub that needs replaced. This hotel is due for a remodel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was filthy."
