Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. "Really good option in the centre of Dujiangyan, very easy to walk to all the main sites from here but it off the main road so was quiet. Room was large with plenty of space for luggage and bed was very comfortable. Seemed a popular hotel for tour-bus groups, so was busy first thing and early evening when they were departing/arriving, but staff very efficient in managing the large groups of people. Has restaurants, shops and convenience stores all nearby. Would definitely stay again."
