Nachteile:
1. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört die Nachbarn deutlich. Bei mir war der Fall dass meine Nachbarn bis 4 Uhr laut Musik gehört haben.
2. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug (wegen den Koffern)
