"I've stayed here for a number of years and the property appears to be slipping. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely.
The rooms don't have true refrigerators, they have chillers which do an ok job but aren't as cold as a fridge. The ice machines in both buildings were broken and when I asked the staff if I could get some ice from the kitchen I was told they didn't have ice there either.
I know it's standard with Expedia and other booking services to pay a base rate and then have to pay additional fees at the resort, but it was hard to determine what these fees were this year, and the daily resort fee was increased this year, as was parking, which aded an additional 50 dollars a day to the deal I thought I was getting on Expedia.
If you're looking for a minimalist room for a fishing trip or something (why I book this property) this still fits the bill but be aware of the additional fees and the fact that the property is slipping some."
