"We stayed in a 3 bedroom waterfront villa for six nights. The villa was very clean and functional with a great kitchen and plenty of space for four people. Housekeeping service was always around when you needed something -- even though they were English-challenged and spoke mostly Spanish, this didn't hamper their friendliness and efficiency. We spent most of our time in the relaxation pool as the beach and larger pool will filled with noisy children. Didn't take advantage of the onsite restaurant or recreation activities as there was just too much available within a 10 minute drive. The property looks a little worn and could use some upgrades. Little things like locks on ocean facing doors not wanting to latch easily, foot rinsing spigots not working, blinds that wouldn't close without motivation, televisions with odd setups or poor operation, and a parking lot not sized for larger vehicles. Not sure the value was the best for what was offered. If you are looking for a quiet, centrally located accommodation that can comfortably sleep 4 or more people, and want to cook some (or all) of your meals to save money, this is the place. I would save some cash by booking an ocean view room the next time as the waterfront and beachfront villas don't offer that much more of an experience."

"We stayed in the townhomes. They are across US1 from the rest of the resort which was the only negative I can find. The townhome itself was clean, large, and had a balcony that overlooked the waterway. My kids fished out back on the dock with some kids from other units. It was very nice. The townhome had 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. We spent the day at the pool and beach and we kayaked and snorkeled and the kids fished. My husband and kids rode bikes. It was paradise. We can’t wait to go back!"

"I liked how friendly the staff was. I lost my hearing aid at nighttime and two workers helped me, after hours, and one was the host/manager young man and the other was a older man who was a kitchen worker/chef. I found it back in my room, but there they were, with flashlights helping me and my husband. I really appreciated it. And my toilet stopped working and the maintenance man came quickly, got the part, and quickly repaired it. The onl y thing I don't care for is the trailer that faces the balconies with all the eyeballs. I guess I would appreciate sea creatures, like the manatees that sometimes are in the marina side of the property. But that just my personal preference. "
