This place was adorable and in the best location. It definitely is a bit of a walk through town to get to but it’s so convenient to everything in old town while also being in a much quieter area. The host was welcoming and a great resource for things to do in the area. I’d recommend this to anyone. It was definitely one of the best short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in and I would have loved to stay longer! It was perfectly decorated and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend. The only part that was a bit clumsy was checking but even that was only a minor thing.

Mirabilis is a beautiful pristine apartment in the perfect location - central to the Old Town but in a peaceful area to escape to in the middle of the day. Nikolina was so helpful and an amazing host. We had a fabulous time here

Excellent option if you’re wanting to stay in Old Town. The apartment is newly remodeled & the owner has thought of all the possible things a guest may want or need during their stay. It was very clean & although up some stairs it is only a short walk to all the must do’s in Old Town Dubrovnik. Check in & out was flexible & I enjoyed my stay throughly. 10/10 would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Starting from before we even arrived, the communications were very clear and easy with Nikolina and she helped us arrange transport from the airport. She met us in the Old town and gave us a lot of valuable information to start out trip there. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with all the conveniences we wanted (including a washing machine which was a surprise but very helpful at that point in our trip.) The apartment was located perfectly within the Old Town with easy access to everything however it was not loud at all. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere without needing to get rides in/out of the old town. It was also nice to be able to stop in at 'home' in the day when the town was busy, or to quickly change for swimming at Buza Bar, which was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Yes, you need to climb some stairs to access the apartment. Come prepared with that knowledge so that you can get in/out with your luggage. But it wasn't that hard of a walk. Everything was perfect here and we would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was on a narrow, steep street in the center of the old town, but climbing the 82 stone steps to the front door was well worth the effort. Everything was within walking distance without a vehicle anywhere in sight. The only noise in the evening was the laughter of restaurant patrons walking back downhill after an authentic Dalmatian meal and/or drink, and the only morning sounds were of music students practicing their instruments at the music school next door.
