Stayed 2 nights early May 2023. It's named B&B but actually it is in a beautiful building with nice rooms, good breakfast and excellent services. Very satisfied by the facility, the services and the breakfast.

B&B really hard to find no signs outside showing where it is….apartment lovely and only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town on the bus….I did complain on the 2nd day that shower was flooding the bathroom floor this was never fixed I was there 5 days….bathroom stunk from dirty towels soaking up all the leaked water from shower….I did show this to hotel staff….never offered to clean this up…I had to ask for more clean towels…and toilet rolls….nothing gets offered…breakfast not the best….I don’t think value for money as this cost me quite a lot for 5 days

Loved our stay here. 2 adults plus 2 grown children, we had a 4 bed unit with a kitchen and 2 toilets but one shower. AC worked very well as it was hot out. Free parking, easy to Uber to Old Town or anywhere else if you don't want to take your car. Can walk to some restaurants and a little market next door for anything you need. My only suggestion is that it was hard to find the entrance and where to park, but thankfully I recognized the building from the online pictures and we figured it out. I would totally stay here if you're looking for a great hotel at a reasonable rate near Old Town without all the hassles of being near Old Town. Also - the included breakfast spread was excellent!

Lati positivi: gentilezza delle ragazze della reception e vicinanza della fermata del bus per il centro Lati negativi: colazione sostanziamente salata, condizioni igieniche pessime. Ho visto io stessa l’uomo che preparava il caffè sciacquare solo con acqua i bicchieri sporchi riporli tra le cose pulite (poggiandoli su uno strofinaccio lercio). Le stanze non venivano pulite e le rare volte non rifacevano i letti e non svuotavano il cestino in bagno. Per avere una saponetta in più ho dovuto rincorrere la cameriera ai piani .

Reilun kokoinen moderni huone parvekkeella, jossa oli myös jääkaappi. Kauppa, bussipysäkki ja ravintolakatu aivan vieressä. Ainoa miinus oli aamiainen, jossa ei juuri vaihtelua ollut. Pyydettäessä sai erikoiskahvin, joka oli plussaa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Tykkäsimme kovasti.

Hintaan verrattuna todella hyvä.👍 Kokemuksia: Saatiin pyynnöstä huone, jossa pieni jääkaappi (pyydettiin viikkoa ennen reissua), aamupala ok (ei ollut tarjolla laktoosittomia tuotteita, mutta pärjäsi silti ihan hyvin), huone siivottiin päivittäin, henkilökunta todella mukava. Huomioitavaa: Hotellissa ei kunnon ilmastointia (ilmanvaihtoventtiili), hotellin respaan oli aluksi vaikea löytää (käynti sisäpihalta), Dubrovnikissa ylipäätään vaikea saada laktoositonta maitoa/jogurttia/rahkaa yms. (koskee myös vegaanituotteita).

L ensemble de la prestation est excellent. La situation de l'hotel parfaite. A proximite des deux plages sinset beach et copacabana beach. Un commerce est egalement situe a proximite et le bus pour se rendre a dubrovnik. All is perfect merci au personnel.
