Very lively place. Tours going on, in the campus grounds, and Life happening out side the walls. Stayed here because it was the closest to the Book of Kells. Walked a fair amount. Easy to get around, if you don't mind the cobbles. Too many places to see...not enough time.
Beautiful, peaceful campus. Friendly and professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Such a central location. Only thing that was not perfect for me was initial room was by a busy road, however staff moved me to a quieter room without any bother so perfect. Great value accommodation in a unique and central location.
It’s clean and quiet and a convenient location. But it was a very basic room with few amenities- no TV or hair dryer, for example. Looks like a student dorm, and I thought a bit overpriced. The other hotel we stayed at in Dublin cost much less and had these things (plus breakfast). And checkout time is 10 am, earlier than other places.
