"Reception staff were good; modern hotel with curtains and blinds are controlled with remote switches, well lit and decorated common areas and rooms; good breakfast and dinner, great dining and lounge with spacious sitting availability and reception areas; good location; short distance to the trams but the bus stops is a bit of distance to walk to and from the hotel to go to the airport; large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of space for storage, it was inconvenient to operate the machine to get hot water for tea/coffee."

"The staff were very helpful throughout the hotel. I particularly liked the level of service in the main dining area where the staff were helpful with the menu options and regularly checked if all was OK. The rooms were clean and bathroom was very up to date. Overall a very pleasant stay."
