"Quiet clean room on the 4th floor. Although the hotel is in a very lively part of Dublin we weren’t disturbed by any noise. The location was great, very close to the river, Tesco’s nearby, lots of bars and good restaurants. We loved it and would use this hotel again, but would upgrade to a larger bed. I would suggest you pack an eye mask in the summer if you get woken up by the morning light."
