The hotel was great, very near to Heuston station, the tram and bus services. The hotel has a 24 hour front desk that is manned, customer service is great and staff were always ready to help. Vinny is a good manager. 👍 The area was quiet, our room was clean. The only reason why I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is the heating is automatic this time of year, so the radiator in our room turned on for one hour and then turned off for one hour. There was no option to adjust the temperature or turn it off and you can only open the window slightly to let fresh air in. The room got hot and caused us to sweat so we had to leave the window open for our entire stay.

The hotel was mediocre. It was fine since we spent limited time in our room. Our kettle was fried so when we went to make coffee in the morning, we were smoked out. The toilet paper roll dispenser was broken, the sink was cracked in several places and the shower only worked if we wrapped a wash cloth around the diverter. We asked to have our room vacuumed but we were told the cleaning staff went home before noon. There is no fridge or ice. There were fun restaurants close by and it is walking distance to everything. So that was our highlight.
