Brilliant hotel in the heart of Dublin, great location to walk to the temple bar area and easy transport routes all around the hotel. The staff were so friendly as soon as we stepped through the door. Helping with early check in and guiding us on where is best to visit around the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dublin.

First rate staff - went out of their way to ensure an easy check-in/check-out. comfortable bedding. good amount of road noise, but tolerable if you adjust your evening/morning to it. adjoining pub has great atmosphere and food.

Good Central Location. Clean but poor decor. Leaking tap. No Iron. No Trouser Press. Noise from bar was no problem. NOISE AT 05.00 hrs every morning Catfights with Seagulls betting on the winners ! BREAKFAST not included €10 very average. I think that it was not good value for money but Dublin is expensive. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Very noisy all day and night, otherwise good

The guesthouse is right next door to a bar and a restaurant, both of which pump out music through external speakers just outside the guesthouse windows. The noise of music and revellers went on into the early hours. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The interior is a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and everything worked okay.

Bathroom was very small and the shower had mold. The only window we had in the room was too high up and couldn’t be opened.the room had a lingering scent and since there’s a bar next door the music doesn’t stop until 1am.

Pictures are misleading.

The pictures & description on Hotels.com are lies. 1st off, there is no air conditioning. So on a hot, June weekend it was hard to sleep as sweat is dripping off my forehead. The window only opens 6 inches and there is no air flow. The pictures of a bar, restaurant and the front of hotel are lies. Those pictures are of a bar two doors away, not even the same building!! The bed was comfortable & the staff was very friendly & helpful getting a taxi early on a Sunday morning.

The room was extremely, crazy small. The music was very very loud until midnight. The neighborhood is not particularly safe. I asked 3 times for thebsafevto be repaired in my room and it never was. The staff was overall pleasant to interact with.

Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The linen was clean as was the bathroom and tea/coffee were provided. On the downside, the carpets were very dusty (dust was visible all down the sides of the beds), the beds were very close together (unavoidable as it was a small room) and the room did not smell fresh.
