The hotel was pleasant overall, and our room was clean and spacious. However, we had some issues with not having hot water in the bathroom for a few days, which made showering and using the bathtub difficult. The problem was resolved eventually, but only after several attempts. The AC also never ...

I recently stayed at the Ritz Dubai and was extremely happy with my experience. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and every detail was handled with care. A truly outstanding stay — I look forward to returning!

Great hotel the only downside is that the Ac is set at 21 c which is very hot for dubai

Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai
Hotel is beautiful and situated very well, in walking distance to Burj and surrouding areas. Breakfast was amazing! Service was very good. No complaints except housekeeping should check dispensers to see if soap & lotion are running out. Besides that, the stay was very comfortable.
