Rooms were good, food was good and the pool is phenomenal! Staff was kind and supportive, just remember that the pickup and drop services are not included in the booking and needs to purchased separately, that was the only setback for me, rest everything was fine!

Shangri-La Dubai
One of the best places to stay in Dubai. The view from our room was breathtaking !! The service was excellent, and the food options are great. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone staying in Dubai for few days to a week.
