Excellent customer service from front desk, to restaurants, executive lounge and housekeeping. Great food in the executive lounge and a wonderful place to relax. Excellent spa services. Decent location that has a shuttle to the fountain/mall. Highly recommended.

The First Collection Dubai Business Bay
We stayed at the first collection business bay for two nights and it was good although didn’t have enough time to experience facilities in full. There is no complimentary water in room and everything is chargeable which is poor for Dubai standards. This is basic necessity in life. 7/10.

Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel
Hotel is in an ideal location especially if on a short vacation stay. I enjoyed all the facilities. Breakfast was top tier, the gym was well equipped and the staff very kind and helpful.
