The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere by the water. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable — you can tell that the cleaning crew takes great pride in their work. Everything was immaculate and well-prepared every day. A special mention goes to Ahmed from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed — from arranging transport to sharing great local recommendations. His warm attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. "The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels. "

"Fabulous hotel located near to the Dubai Marina and the DMCC metro stop which is super convenient for those all important sightseeing trips. We booked a club room which are on the higher floors and give you access to the Nest social room, here you can enjoy complimentary food and drinks. The rooms are modern, comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. All of the staff are amazing, super friendly and always greet you with a smile and a hello. Highly recommended hotel would definitely stay here again."
