The bedroom was clean but not the other rooms.
I was built to a very very low standard; electrical wires sticking out of the walls; the windows did not close properly allowing noise pollution in; cigarette burns on different pieces of furniture around the apartment. Fire alarm system had multiple faults on different floors.
