Hi, I booked the room with one double bed for myself and my wife to have some rests. I’m 77 years old and my wife is 68 years old. They provided us the room with bunk bed. I asked them to change our room with those rooms with the double bed but they said it’s reserved. It’s not acceptable as I reserved one of those too but they didn’t offer me. I’m not happy with this service and I want to get my money back. I couldn’t have any rest on that bunk bed.

Yes, It sure is ok there for a few hours to sleep and be able to lie down. The only negative about it all is that the surface to lie on is rather hard….further …perfect for me. Not needing to go off the airport is a great plus as well. So, Thank you Sleep 'n Fly….I'll be back

It was a bit hard to find, as the reception was by a gate (C14), and not easily identified unless you are right in front of it. Also a bit hard to find the pods themselves. The pods are overall fine - a bit like businessclass with a chair which reclines to a bed. I could adjust the temperature and light in there, but temp did not seem to work so it was a bit cold. And mattress is quite hard. Overall an acceptable option, but paid for with points. I am not sure I would have been as happy had I paid with cash, as value for money was a bit off.

For 8 hours, this cost over £150.00. On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience. I cannot fault the convenience of having a place to sleep during a long lay over. The 3* review is for the cost to reserve a double bed - feels utterly extortionate. I only booked this to ensure my 8 month old baby could get some sleep somewhere. You get a bed space, a plug, usb-c, usb charging points. There are no toilets so you haw to use the airports which are just outside but extremely busy as it’s next to the duty free - these were not clean. There are no showers unless you go to terminal B. I believe there are cheaper alternatives to booking this other than the likes of Expedia, Trivago, etc by having a lounge pass membership - however I was not aware of this at the time. On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience.

The staff was very disrespectful and rude. I had to call expedia for assistance. Still resulted in me not being able to check in. They refuse to give me a refund, credit or just transfer me to another place to rest. I lost money and spent over 12 house in airport. Not the way to treat anyone.

It was a small, clean room but my door did not lock and people came into my small room when I was trying to sleep. This made me get no sleep but I was laying down. There were no phone charging station and the thermostat didn't change anything. If the room locked locked it would feel safer. The bathrooms are outside, this is literally just a closet with a recliner.

Difficult to find, need more signs. The bed is too stiff, they don't offer memory foam overlay. AC is not working, it was too hot and couldn't reduce the temperature. No shower, no bathroom. Finally it is way too expensive for what it offers, terrible value for money
