Customer service was very good, staff were nice and friendly. I thought I booked a hotel apartment but it was just a regular standard hotel room. It was a short trip so it was OK, location was also very good- 2 mins from the mall of Emirates, loads of restaurants, supermarkets etc,

Great food restaurant attached and open late which is a plus. Unfortunately I found the beds very small and uncomfortable but with the deal I got cannot complain too much. The gym and pool were closed when we arrived at 8pm.

All’arrivo viene fornito un cesto di benvenuto con frutta e biscotti, in stanza trovate una piccola area bar con the e caffè, che viene rifornita giornalmente con anche le bottigliette d’acqua. La stanza è sempre in condizioni impeccabili e perfettamente insonorizzata. All’ingresso trovate anche una persona che potrà organizzarvi tour e/o spostamenti, noi ne abbiamo usufruito per spostarci da Dubai ad Abu Dhabi. Consigliatissimo.

Came back after a long day to find no towels in the room (after one of us had already jumped in the shower). After ringing down to the front desk they sent us one towel between the two of us. It took another two calls and 40 mins to get a second towel.
