Terrible Experience.

The room is not clean at all. Cockroaches everywhere. Evan ceiling not closed properly. Rats presence. We can heard the sound of Rats. No Room service. Terrible experience.

Hotels.comで予約が確定しているのに現地でホテルから予約を取り消されていた。トラブルに対してHotels.comではチャット対応しかできず忙しい日程の中、貴重な時間を報告、状況確認、対応依頼に費やしてしまった・・・ 急遽現地で予約の撮り直しを自分ですることになった。
