Very nice staff, awesome room that I got an upgrade for. Cool modern design. Clean room. Only downside is I would say the hotel was quite noisy throughout the day due to construction and conferences and at night after midnight too (sounded like furniture being moved around and things banging around), so I guess there is a potential wall thinness issue

Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back.

The property was ok - the design of the hotel is very unique but the service is subpar. In fact in the staff was kind of condescending and rude, when asked if we would receive an upgrade to our room (as a benefit as a Gold member) we were told we could pay for it. The restaurant selection in the hotel was nice to have options when we weren't in the mood to go out. I can see why this hotel would be good for someone traveling for business with all the business amenities but as a tourist the location wasn't as great for sight seeing and walkability especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in town.

Absolutely amazing stay. The only negative was that the bathroom was entirely black which meant it was very hard to see and little to no bench space to store your toiletries. Staff were impeccable especially the concierge Timothy. Will definitely go back again!!!!!

This property is spectacularly modern, ultra cool and chic. Designed by Zaha Hadid so any fans of hers will love this hotel! Even the standard room is plenty large and the technology is very neat. Our room had a fantastic view of the Burj Kalifa. The service is fantastic with very friendly, helpful and professional staff. A special shout out to their concierge, Timothy, who helped us throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property.

ME Dubai hotel is a luxury hotel located in downtown Dubai. The decor is beautiful all around -- lobby, restaurants, and rooms. The customer service was excellent -- everyone was very friendly and checked regularly with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. There are several restaurants and a wine bar on site and several restaurants across the street at a neighborhood mall. Not really walkable to other places except for other hotels, residential housing, and office buildings. Very nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I visit again.
