Disliked: Communication
I am very dissatisfied with their management because they took a deposit from my credit card and I haven't received the money they were supposed to refund to my credit card. I had to discuss this with my bank, and they asked for my personal bank account information to send the money back. I don't think this situation is that complicated; when a purchase is made with a credit card, the refund is also made to the credit card. It doesn't make any sense for them to ask for my personal account information, and we couldn't come to an agreement on this matter.
