"Upscale and luxurious. Everything is available. You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc. Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone. Valet was very experienced and not a single scratch on my RAM TRX (oversized pickup). luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first). Reception was easy to communicate with. The pool is a one of a kind experience, and so is the beach. rooftop for dinner is also amazing. This place is a vacation in itself. go for it! not for families as can be noisy. "
