Extreme disappointment!

Extremely disappointed: Our experience with this company is far below expectations. Our stay started off with wet bed sheets, wet comforter, both on the bed and the extras in the drawer which was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. The situation forced us to relocate causing significant inconvenience. Mattress and furniture quality was horrible, sofa bed was not appropriate for a night sleep. My son had sleepless nights. There was no basic services and lack of attention to basic guests needs. Hotel.com should remove them, I was in the impression of previous experience but this time its horrible. Certainly I do not recommend this property for your precious vacation.
