The room was in not good condition but it was big enough. At check in instead of family suit they gave us Executive suit and added one bed. Generally hotel is very old. Needs to be rinnovated. But the location of the hotel is nice. The staff is very helpful.

It's at prime location - restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies are at prime locations. As for hotel itself - no hot water - only slightly warm water available. Rooms are not sound proof. Also building needs some renovation.

The hotel was old and run down. The hallway was noisy due to the noisy guests and children running through the corridors after midnight. When call into reception there was no answer. Generally clean and decent.

Very old property. Super busy because of location and multiple night clubs inside the hotel. Elevator waiting time too long. Underground parking is a joke. Impossible to drive into the parking and every time someone has to inform the staff in the lobby so security opens the door for the parking. Having said that staff were lovely and kind.

Do not book this hotel please!!!!!!! Rooms are dirty, smell like cigarettes, no cleanliness And they scammed us. There was a Pakistani guy at front desk said he will refund our money since we only stayed in the room for 10 minutes. He didn’t return our money. We basically paid for 4 nights and didn’t even stayed there
