We had a great time in this hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and not too busy. It had a great breakfast and many options to eat. Vallet parking is complimentary.

Very smart shiny hotel with lovely rooms and great to have a big bath (which could have done with some soap more accessible). The bar restaurant was favoured by me ahead of the Asian restaurant. Breakfast buffet was spot on (didnt spot any jam). Very well furnished and pleansant pool area together with an attentive bar. To reach attractions taxis or uber are easy and cheap to get which was handy as reception advised that was better than using the metro. Supermarket nearby. Highly recommended high end hotel.

Very good and big room with quality armenities and in general a nice and solid feel and look to the room, well build. Very nice food options for eating in the restaurant or room service. Very polite and helpful staff. one downside if you want to sleep in is the location as it is a neighbour to a mosque with speakers at 0430 every morning.

i was in 108 then at 408, both rooms had washroom towel hangers ring broken, had to call to get it checked. It also had the sink choking with bare min usage. Had to call for help.

Overall hotel is very good , location , rooms are good . We had two rooms one room did not have a safe , I went down to front desk and they promised that they will get safe for the room but they never brought a safe . I had to carry my passports with me all the time . Not sure why they don't provide the safe in each room .

Weak wifi signal. Small swiming pool. I stayd in 1st floor room 161. I can hear my neighbours. Night club in same bulding loud i cant sleep . Start from12 am-4 am. First and last visit. Bar was ok. Service at the bar is good. Mr edwardo the bar manager was frendly and hard working man. Food is over priced all over the hotel.
