The staff at reception are kind, professional and helpful, in particular Fatiha, Esam and Faith. Itwould be nice to have detox water at the reception, as in Rove and Ibis three-star hôtels, as well as tissues, because it is blister ing hot and humidity outside.

ジャワールームの排水

他の方もご指摘の通り、シャワーの排水が悪く、弱い水圧にもかかわらず、トイレ、洗面エリアまで水浸しになります。 なぜここまで排水が悪いのかと気になり、排水溝を見たところ、謎の蓋が。 蓋を外すと気持ちよく流れました。 また4階のお部屋でしたが、夜中もクラクションが鳴り、騒音が気になりました。

Clean rooms and amazing location as it is right behind emirates mall! The road to the hotel is so packed during peak hours with heavy traffic. Breakfast was good and diverse

I arrived at 4 am with prior notice and my room was still not ready. They gave me a different room and promised to switch me later. Upon entering the room it looked very little like the images. The furniture was worn, faded and in rough shape. When I tried to take a shower the water scalded me and I burnt my arm. It would not cool. Additionally the shower quickly flooded. When I complained they found another room for me. I was told that the weather caused the hot water. At 4 am it was hot enough to burn. Upon going to the new room I was able to get cool water but the shower head was broken and would raise above my chest. And again it flooded, to which maintenance said they all flood. I got about 30 minutes of sleep on the rock hard bed before I packed up and checked out. Moving to a different hotel.

Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region.

Good service considering the room rate, clean room, helpful stuff, very good location next to mall of Emirates, best part about location that the closest gate in mall of Emirates is the one next to food court, which give a lot of options for dining, same gate is close to Carrefour hyper market, plus a lot of restaurants/shops available around the hotel,

It is very nicely maintained and rooms are cleaned everyday, sheets/towel changed etc. Very spacious and can see the Burj Khalifa from the windows. Emirates Mall is close by aswell as the Metro line.

Prima accomodatie,dichtbij Moe en metro. Check in ging snel,kwam in eenvoudige maar schone kamer.Badkamer is meer dan prima,in kamer heb je de beschikking over een koelkast,safe en airco.Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt,zag er wel erg druk uit iedere morgen.

Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage zur Mall of the Emirates und die Metro ist top. Einzig und allein die Kleiderschranksituation sollte überdacht werden aber ist im Grunde auch kein Problem.

If you consider it a bed & breakfast you'll be happy, they lack the hotel amenities, you need to purchase toothpaste, toiletries and other 'luxuries' you would expect a hotel to provide you with. The staff are very friendly and helpful & they do provide a free shuttle to a local beach which is nice but very time restricted: you have to select 1 of 3 4 hour slot's to leave and arrive within (8am, 9am & 10am)
