High-quality bedding, very comfortable bed, elegant bathroom, and excellent evening turndown service that added a refined touch each night. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and overall comfort level is high. The hotel is located in a peaceful yet central area, with nearby cafés, supermarket, water taxi access, metro connection, and approximately 20 minutes to the airport. Beautiful sunset views. One minor note: the 20% guest discount at the lobby café was not applied due to a system issue and required clarification at reception. Improving coordination between departments would enhance convenience. Overall, highly recommended and definitely worth booking."
