Bed were too firm, really uncomfortable especially after a 2 night stay. Elevators were not working and apparently per staff they have not been for 3 months now and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The tv kept changing channels itself, many channels not working.

The room was clean, check in was easy and breakfast was good. All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It really made our stay comfortable. It’s our favorite place to stay in Folsom.
