"The hotel itself was great. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were all brilliant. Food in the restaurant was superb. The only slight negative i can say is that some of the other people in the pool looked extremely annoyed that we had a toddler in the small roped off area that children are allowed in. This is no fault of the hotel or facilities itself."

"Great situation with its own underground car park; not that easy to find on first lap, as I was alone, but just before the steps to reception on the left……£10 charge was is fine. A bit tired from the outside and needs a bit of TLC, but room was fine and…..roomy!! Breakfast not worth bothering with, as just cold Continental, but so close to town, so other options? Great value for position and practicality; helpful SA gent on reception on arrival - would revisit for sure, but don’t use if trying to create an impression!!"

"Lovely location. Two restaurants, spa area (pool/hot tub/sauna/steam+spa services), indoor and outdoor bars, outdoor seating areas with good views and walks. I recommend this location. Close to the M5 but you wouldn’t know it. Clean room and comfortable bed. For me, I felt the evening food was expensive. Breakfast was included and good quality, plenty of options."
