"A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. "Wonderful stay! Everything was clean and nice, breakfast was delicious!!"

"Great location for River walks, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is an area for coffees, pastries and ice creams which is a nice touch. Also a great patio for drinks etc. Lovely dinner area and great service. Breakfast was very generous and tasty; Samantha was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable but the toilet was weird and located too close to the sink. Amenities for women could use improvement - need body lotion and better shampoo/conditioner; it was the worse I ever used and I wished I hadn’t washed my hair there. At checkout we were told we owed a balance. Glad that my husband asked why we owed $ instead of just paying because it turned out to be a mistake on their side. The hotel lobby area was very warm and comfortable and Luka who checked us in was fantastic."

"We loved our stay in these apartments, it was clean and convenient , in the center of CarrickOnShannon . There is no great view from the apartment, but everything was there. Full kitchen, clean bathroom. On the doorstep of great night-life. And dog-friendly!! Staff was pleasant. Parking convenient.. All good!!!!"
